It was another early morning of street photography in Guangzhou. I decided to head over to the Renshengling Wet Market and see how it gradually comes to life. I like these early morning hours. The light at dawn is always interesting. It is quiet, and people are always friendlier to a fellow early-riser.
There was not a lot of activity at the market yet. I did, however, notice a small alley with unique lighting and decided to stake it out. I stood there for almost an hour; hunting for the sun as the cloud cover finally broke. I ended up capturing one of my favorite images of the month.
