This week I spent the day walking up and down Zoumu Street in Guangzhou. It is a great location for street photography, and I brought along a zoom lens and my favorite 40mm prime. The market was busy as I expected, due to the fine weather. The mid-day light was very favorable for photography and made for some very interesting compositions as it hit the small nooks and crannies of the alleyway. I had a great time and will try to do more shoots around mid-day when the harsh light allows for interesting contrast in the images.
